Risk-Free Returns for Your Peace of Mind – Smartitag

At Smartitag, your satisfaction is our highest priority. That’s why we offer a 100-day risk-free return policy, giving you plenty of time to ensure your Smartitag™ product is exactly what you need.

100-Day Return Window You have 100 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when received—unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • To begin your return, please contact us at support@smartitag.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with clear return instructions. Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items –  We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at support@smartitag.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Items That Cannot Be Returned Certain items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, don’t hesitate to reach out.

 

Exchanges- The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal – For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@smartitag.com.
